苹果近日修改了 App Store 审核规范，在 3.2.1 段增加了第七条如下：

(vii) Apps may enable individual users to give a monetary gift to another individual without using in-app purchase, provided that (a) the gift is a completely optional choice by the giver, and (b) 100% of the funds go to the receiver of the gift. However, a gift that is connected to or associated at any point in time with receiving digital content or services must use in-app purchase.（本人略译：软件可以提供个人用户之间赠送礼金的功能，无需使用内购，前提是：一、送礼必须完全出于自愿；二、礼金必须完全归受礼方所有。若礼金在任何时间点与获得数字内容或服务挂钩，则必须使用内购支付。）

The Wayback Machine 在九月十一日和十五日抓取了审核规范的页面。我们可以看到九月十一日的版本尚未增加这条，但九月十五日的已经有了。

显然，苹果措辞中的赠送礼金就是中国用户所说的打赏。这意味着微信公众号的读者可以继续像以前那样通过微信支付打赏作者，微信也不必换用苹果的内购（In-app Purchase），因而被苹果抽取 30% 手续费了。（知乎 Live 依然需要使用苹果内购，因为听众付费之后方可收听讲座，即礼金和「获得数字内容或服务」挂钩。）

我仍然认为大部分用户声称的「我希望直接打赏支持作者，不希望被平台抽成」是一种伪善。但这新增的条款显然是针对五个月前的苹果叫停微信支付风波而生，腾讯在协商中取得了胜利。
